THERE looks to be no stopping Jesse Moore as he continues to tick off his bucket list in the field of gymnastics.

Moore, 15, was a member of the Australian Men's Artistic Gymnastics team, and the only SASI athlete, to compete at the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Junior Championships in Gyor, Hungary, late last month.

Competing in Australia's three-person men's team, Moore produced an excellent routine to make the horizontal bar final - finishing seventh.

Moore, Australia's highest-ranked athlete in his field, said he loved the involvement in the inaugural world junior competition.

"The experience was pretty spectacular, it's just like a senior world championships,'' Moore said.

"It was pretty unexpected to be honest, I wasn't really expecting to make the high bar final. I'm really proud of myself and the team.

"It's always good to get out there and represent my country. I try my best to do Australia proud, win medals and get good results.

"I've been doing competitions non stop for more than a year now so I'm pretty keen to relax and do some skill work and put some upgrades into my routines.''

The men's team finished 12th overall at the championships.
